This table shows exactly which users have Admin, User, Triage Admin, Assignee, and Project Owner rights.
4. Project Owner and Assignee Mapping
Assignee list shown during triage comes from this mapping. Same assignee can be mapped to multiple projects.
5. Notification Email On / Off
Control when the system sends workflow email. Turning an event off stops email for that workflow step without removing the ticket action.
6. Email Template Editor
Edit subject and body for every workflow email. Available tokens include {TicketNumber}, {TicketTitle}, {ProjectName}, {RequestorName}, {AssigneeName}, {Status}, {Comment}, {TicketLink}. Tokens are not hidden or removed.
7. SMTP Email Settings
View and modify email settings. The SMTP password/app token is intentionally not displayed and remains managed in the .env file as SMTP_PASS.
